Scott Lutz

Scott Lutz is the Supervisor, leading the management efforts and daily operations of the production associates in the rough framing area of production. He is responsible for ensuring all framing material meets specifications and is assembled correctly. Prior to Greystar, Scott spent approximately six months overseeing the construction of MLS’ carrier shed building. He also brings modular building experience from the time he spent working at the factory in Knox when it was a single-family modular home manufacturer. Scott holds a degree in political science with a criminal justice focus from Clarion University. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in metal framing, metal studs, general carpentry, and has spent the last 10 years in the commercial construction field.
