Rob Minnick

Rob is the Design & Manufacturing Engineer Associate, responsible for streamlining production processes through the use of CAD and Revit. Rob has been in the modular housing industry for over 30 years and has experience in CAD design, production line processes, and the setting and finishing of modular homes.  On the production line, he held positions as a line worker, production supervisor, and assistant production manager. In these roles, he oversaw the modular construction process from start to finish. For the last 20 years, Rob has been working as a CAD designer & manager, using his years of construction experience to develop both production friendly and site manageable homes.
