Rick Devey

Rick serves as the Purchasing Agent, bringing a wealth of experience from over two decades in the manufactured housing industry. He began his career in the Engineering department in 1997, where he developed strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of modular construction. Over the years, Rick successfully led three different Engineering departments, demonstrating both leadership and operational excellence. In his current role, Rick is focused on optimizing the company’s supply chain through strategic sourcing and cost-effective procurement. His ability to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices ensures both efficiency and reliability, supporting the continued success of MLS projects. Rick holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology from Triangle Tech of DuBois.
