Emily Krackow is a Project Engineer, facilitating in all aspects of modular construction. Emily has aided in designing and overseeing the renovations at MLS’ flagship factory. Additionally, she has been an integral part of the college recruiting process, communicating MLS’ mission with students, and educating academic instructors about the modular construction industry. Prior to joining Greystar in 2022, Emily had two years of general contracting experience working predominantly in hospital renovations. During this time, Emily created and implemented a plan on how to best work in critically conditioned spaces while ensuring the health and safety of patients, staff, and subcontractors. Emily graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Studies and a Minor in Architectural Studies. She is a WELL Accredited Professional, specializing in the promotion of human health in the design of the built environment. She is also a Certified Health Care Physical Environmental Worker and an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety worker.
