Brad Phillips

Brad is the Production Supervisor, bringing 22 years of experience in manufacturing, including 12 specializing in modular construction. He began his career on the production line, working hands-on with exterior components such as windows, doors, and siding. Over time, Brad advanced into leadership and now oversees both the interior and exterior building processes of our units. His responsibilities include managing insulation, flooring, walls, ceilings, sheathing, windows, and doors—ensuring every unit meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. Brad’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable member of our team.
