Rick Weston

Rick Weston is the Senior Director, overseeing all operations and finance of our vertically integrated development, construction, and modular manufacturing business. Prior to joining Greystar in 2019, Rick worked with Deloitte’s Real Estate Consulting business where he worked with Federal Agencies to improve the management of multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios and the execution of $1B annual capital projects. Prior to Deloitte, Rick worked for WDP & Associates  Consulting Engineers in Charlottesville, VA, where he advised owners, contractors, and architects on problematic buildings by diagnosing problems and implementing solutions related to forensic engineering for structural defects and building envelope issues related to improperly-designed assemblies. Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and completed his Professional Engineering(PE) License in Civil/Structural Engineering. Rick also received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
