Harris Green

Harris Green is a Development Senior Associate, serving as the team’s underwriting lead and co-lead of sourcing. Harris was critical in Modern Living Solutions’ launch, and has led the underwriting of the first three development deals to date. Harris has over five years of development and construction experience within Greystar, in both multi-family and industrial capacities. He has worked as a project engineer and served as an assistant project manager on garden, wrap, and podium multi-family projects. After joining Greystar’s Central South Development team in 2019, Harris became an Development Associate, assisting in underwriting, sourcing, and managing multi-family and industrial projects. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Business from the University of Virginia.
