Caitlyn McMeekin

Caitlyn McMeekin is the Human Resources Director, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and management. Caitlyn has overseen the acquisition of over 80% of the Modern Living Solutions team members thus far, and will continue to do so as the team grows upwards of 200 employees. Additionally, she is the liaison with Enterprise Services creating a compliant, functional program for the new vertically integrated manufacturing business including policy, procedure, benefit integration, and performance management. Prior to joining Greystar in 2021, Caitlyn had seven years of HR experience in the Greater Pittsburgh area, both in manufacturing and site development. Her career began in glass manufacturing, where she spent four years overseeing all facets of HR and maintaining a partnership with the unionized workforce to drive engagement. As the facility operations ceased, Caitlyn remained the acting HR Manager to oversee the closure while transitioning to a multi-site HR role focused on change management and employee engagement. As an integral member of the team, Caitlyn aided in reducing turnover, increasing productivity, and driving employee engagement to turn one of the lowest performing plants back to profitable. Caitlyn graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, with a human resource focus and furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University. Additionally, she is SHRM-SCP certified.
