Brendan Bette
Brendan Bette is an Assistant Project Manager, helping to oversee project planning and execution. Brendan has taken lead on managing the critical infrastructure upgrades within MLS’ flagship factory and the establishment of a state-of-the-art office and cafeteria space. Prior to joining Greystar, Brendan worked for a general contractor where he gained both field and management experience. His career began with his family’s general contracting business in Albany, New York, working on heavy highway, hospitality, and commercial projects as a general laborer and later as an Assistant Superintendent. Additionally, Brendan worked for a builder-developer, constructing affordable multifamily apartment complexes. Brendan graduated from Roger Williams University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Gabelli School of Business with a Minor in Public and Professional Writing. Brendan also maintains his training in OSHA 30 and is a certified Class 7 Aerial Forklift Operator.
