Bill Davis

Bill Davis is the Production Supervisor, leading the management efforts of daily operations for the production associates. Throughout the renovations, Bill was focused on organization of sub-contractors, ensuring efficient operations, and adhering to deadlines. As a pivotal member of the team during the creation of the first prototype, Bill worked side-by-side with the production associates and sub-contractors to construct the units. Prior to joining Modern Living Solution in 2021, Bill spent 30+ years in the modular industry, 20 of which were in leadership roles. He began his career on the production floor at a single family-home modular manufacturer. By learning the trades and developing his leadership abilities, Bill took on additional responsibilities for scheduling, people management, engagement, retention, production, quality, and maintenance.
