Tina Wike

Tina Wike is the Costing Manager at Modern Living Solutions’ manufacturing facility in Knox, PA, where she oversees all modular costing functions. She plays a key role in developing costing projections for upcoming projects and monitoring budgeted BOM costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. Tina joined the Knox team in July 2024 after serving two and a half years as an independent financial consultant. With over 17 years of experience as a controller in the modular housing industry, plus additional roles in long-term care finance and global manufacturing, she brings more than 40 years of diversified financial expertise. A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration, Tina is dedicated to providing insightful financial analysis that drives continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and profitability across the business.
