Lauren Lentz

Lauren Lentz is the Senior Project Accountant, responsible for the accounting of all projects from pursuit to sale and property management transition. She works closely with the Development and Construction teams to create a seamless accounting process. Lauren has over twenty years of accounting experience, particularly in the construction industry. Prior to joining Greystar, she was a Senior Accountant for a senior living company, managing multiple communities from development to completion. She was also a Controller of a small, local home builder and spent the last four years as a Senior Project Accountant for a general contractor. Lauren graduated from Stevenson University with a degree in Business with an Accounting focus. She went on to earn her MBA from University of Baltimore.
