Brett Chottiner

Brett Chottiner is the Director of Preconstruction, responsible for collaborating with the development and construction teams on all MLS projects.  Brett assists in the development of conceptual, schematic design, and construction document estimates and works with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet brand quality within budgetary parameters. Prior to joining Greystar, Brett worked in the construction materials business for twenty years, focused on establishing business with Developers, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, General Contractors, and Subcontractors, and helping them find the right building materials for their projects.  Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lebanon Valley College.
