Thomas Reynolds is a Development Analyst, providing financial analysis and general support to the team. Prior to joining Greystar, Thomas worked as an analyst at a real estate private equity firm based in New York City, where he assisted in underwriting distressed real estate investment opportunities. Additionally, he worked as an analyst at Inner-City Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization that provides families in need the ability to obtain a quality education for their children. Thomas graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Economics. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Thomas obtained a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
