Mark Sanford

Mark Sanford is the Maintenance Manager responsible for all production machinery maintenance, fabrication, and facility maintenance. Throughout the factory renovations, Mark provided subject matter expertise in mechanical, electrical and process flow designs and installations. Mark played a critical role during the construction of the first modular apartment prototype. Prior to joining Modern Living Solutions in 2020, Mark was the Maintenance Manager for a single-family modular home manufacturer, responsible for all equipment and ensuring that the facilities were in safe operating conditions. Prior to working in the modular industry, Mark spent 16 years in the coal industry as a mechanic with responsibilities for all mining equipment and maintenance.
