Deeshna Divakaran

Deeshna Divakaran is the DMC Director, acting as a cross functional leader with expertise in design, manufacturing, and construction with an integration of DFMA principles. With an eye for standardizing repetitive processes, eliminating redundancy, and optimizing efficiency, Deeshna is involved with end-to-end vertical integration, the setup of virtual factory production, and coordination with third party consultants. Prior to joining Greystar, she worked at Katerra as a DMC Executive, overseeing multiple projects from their inception through design, procurement, estimation, manufacturing, and construction phases. Deeshna has fifteen years of experience developing residential, commercial, mixed use and master planning projects. She holds a Master’s in Construction Management from NYU, and is certified in various BIM platforms including Revit, 3ds Max and AutoCAD.
